The application fee for CSIR UGC NET 2024 varies based on category:
General/EWS candidates: ₹1150
OBC candidates: ₹600
SC/ST candidates: ₹325

For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): Maximum age is 30 years as of 1st February 2025.
For Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professor: No upper age limit.

Chemical Sciences: M.Sc. or equivalent degree with 55% marks for General/OBC (50% for SC/ST/PH candidates). Integrated courses, B.E/B.Tech, B.Pharm, and MBBS degree holders are also eligible.

Life Sciences: Master’s degree or equivalent with specified marks.
