Name of the Scheme: UP Family ID (Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan)
Eligibility: Open to all residents and families of Uttar Pradesh.
Ration Card Holders: No separate registration required the ration card will serve as the Family ID.
Benefits: Simplifies access to scholarships, pensions, farmer subsidies, and job opportunities.

Verify via OTP to complete the initial registration.

Add details of family members (e.g., spouse, parents, siblings, children) using their Aadhaar numbers and OTP verification.
Enter and verify your address for validation.
Review and submit the application.
After submission, a unique Family ID and application number will be generated.
Use the application number to track the status of your registration.
Note: Changes to the application are not allowed after submission.
