RSMSSB Forest Guard & Forester Recruitment 2020 – Physical Eligibility Criteria for Male & Female Candidates Physical Eligibility Criteria:

For Male Candidates

Height: 163 cm
Chest: 84-89 cm (with expansion)
Sit-Ups: 25 repetitions in 1 minute
Cricket Ball Throw: 55 meters

For Female Candidates
Height: 150 cm
Chest: 79-84 cm (with expansion)
Long Jump: 1.35 meters
Shot Put (Gola Fek): 4.5 meters
