Eligibility for HTET Level II: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) for Classes 6 to 8
To apply for the TGT level, candidates must fulfill one of the following:
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 50% marks, along with a 2-year Diploma in Education or Elementary Education.
Option 2: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and a B.Ed or Special B.Ed degree.
Option 3: Completed 10+2 with 50% marks and holds a 4-year integrated B.A. B.Ed or B.Com B.Ed degree.
Eligibility for HTET Level III: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
For the PGT level, candidates must have:
A Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks, along with a B.Ed degree.
