The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced that the online application process for JEE Main 2025 will commence on 28th October 2024 and close on 22nd November 2024. This highly anticipated entrance exam serves as the gateway to top engineering institutions across India.

Important Dates for JEE Main 2025

Application Start Date: 28th October 2024
Last Date to Apply Online: 22nd November 2024 (till 9 PM)
Last Date to Pay Exam Fee: 22nd November 2024
Correction Window: 26th to 27th November 2024
Exam Dates: 22nd to 31st January 2025
Exam City Details Release: January 2025
Admit Card Availability: Three days before the exam
Answer Key Release: After the exam
Result Announcement: 12th February 2025

JEE Main 2025 Application Fees For Paper 1 Only:

General Male: ₹1000
EWS/OBC-NCL Male: ₹900
General/EWS/OBC Female: ₹800
SC/ST Male and Female: ₹500

For Both Paper 1 and Paper 2:

General/OBC/EWS Male: ₹2000
General/OBC/EWS Female: ₹1600
SC/ST Male and Female: ₹1000
Candidates can pay the examination fee using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or e-challan.

Age Limit for JEE Main 2025
There is no age limit for appearing in JEE Main Session I. Candidates who passed their 10+2 (Intermediate) exam in 2023, 2024, or are appearing in 2025 are eligible.

Eligibility for JEE Main 2025
BE/B.Tech/B.Arch.: Candidates must have passed or be appearing for their 10+2 (Intermediate) examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized board in India.
Photo and Document Requirements
Photographs should be either in color or black-and-white with 80% of the face (without a mask) visible, including ears, against a white background.
Aadhar Card is mandatory for all candidates applying for JEE Main January 2025.
Required scanned documents include the candidate’s passport photo, signature, and the signature of their father/guardian.
