Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as of 1 September 2024):

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per NIACL AO recruitment rules.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Generalist (120 Posts):
   • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university.
   • Minimum marks: 60% for UR/OBC/EWS (55% for SC/ST/PH).
2. Accounts (50 Posts):
   • Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or Cost and Management Accountant.
   • OR Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any stream with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH).
   • OR MBA Finance/PGDM Finance/M.Com with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
